Grace, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.

It all began with a series of undiagnosed pain and health issues that launched Grace into her yoga journey. The transformation that she experienced in her own health invited a passion in her to share the transformative benefits with others.

The heart of our mission is to find the amazing souls that breathe life into our communities. In the recent weeks, we’ve had the privilege to connect with some incredible artists, creatives, entrepreneurs and rabble rousers and we can’t begin to express how impressed we are with Become Yoga

With a passion for yoga, Grace starts an unlikely class partnership with Funky Fresh Donuts to bring yoga to those who may not be ready to join a gym. Through gentle stretching and a sweet treat, we can’t think of a better way to start the day!
